We guarantee your satisfaction or your money back. If you are not totally satisfied with your CD-ROM training purchase, you may return your order within 30 days for a complete refund, less shipping costs. This policy requires that more than 50% of your original order is returned unopened and in their original shrinkwrap. MUL purchases can be returned if only the first volume in each training series has been opened. Simply contact us at 1-800-432-2082 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be written on the return package to ensure proper processing. If you experience any problems with the operation of our CD-ROMs, please visit the tech support page of this web site or call our toll-free number for technical assistance. If we determine that your product is defective, we will promptly replace the product at no additional charge.

Shipping:

Place your order by 2:00 p.m. EST (Monday-Thursday) or by 11:00 a.m. EST (Friday) and receive your package within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. A flat rate of $9.95 for shipping and handling will be added to each order. Customers outside the continental United States please submit a request for shipping costs on the Contact Us page. 

Single User License:

Each individual training CD-ROM comes with a nontransferable license that permits the purchaser to install the training content on one computer to train one user only. Duplication, sharing, multiple installations and/or electronic transmission of any content are in violation of U.S. Copyright and International Copyright Laws.

Multi-User License:

Each training series is also available as a nontransferable multi-user limited license that permits the purchaser to install the training content and train a maximum of 20 individuals. With this license the product may be installed on individual workstations, or accessed from a server. Duplication of the CD and/or electronic transmission of any content is in violation of the manufacturer's copyright. If additional sets of CD-ROM media are needed at the same licensed location, they may be purchased at discounted MUL prices. Licensing Agreement:

In purchasing a Studio eWorks User License as described above, the product may only be used in its original form and delivery presentation. Studio eWorks products may not be leased, rented, downloaded or used in any manner that may violate the copyright of Studio eWorks Inc. The product may not be disassembled into smaller parts and may not be copied to any media, disc drive, CD-ROM, or DVD-ROM for distribution. Duplication, alteration, modification, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or reproduction in any way is strictly illegal and will be prosecuted to the full extent of International Copyright Laws.
